Reservations
Reservations may be made through our official website or authorized booking partners. All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation.
Guests are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the reservation process.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to room availability. Additional charges may apply.
Payment
Payments may be made using the available payment methods offered through our website or upon arrival, depending on your selected booking option.
Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled before check-out.
Cancellation & Modification
Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the selected room rate and booking platform.
Guests are encouraged to review the applicable cancellation policy before confirming their reservation.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.
Non-refundable bookings are generally not eligible for refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Children & Extra Guests
Children of all ages are welcome.
Maximum occupancy is determined by the selected room type. Additional guests beyond the confirmed reservation may require prior approval and may be subject to additional charges.
Extra beds or sleeping arrangements are subject to availability and prior request.
Visitor Policy
For the safety and security of all guests, visitors must register with the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager before entering the premises.
Visitors are allowed only during reasonable visiting hours and with prior notification to and approval from Management.
Overnight visitors who are not included in the reservation are not permitted without prior authorization.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. The service includes cleaning of the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen area, as well as the replenishment of guest amenities.
Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for everyone, guests are kindly requested to observe Quiet Hours from 07:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum by avoiding loud conversations, music, parties, or other activities that may disturb fellow guests.
Management reserves the right to intervene if excessive noise disrupts the comfort of others.
Parking Policy
Vera Cruz Apartelle currently does not provide onsite parking.
Limited roadside parking may be available along the adjacent public road; however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are legally parked and do not obstruct traffic, driveways, or neighboring properties.
Vera Cruz Apartelle shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or incidents involving vehicles parked outside the property.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Respect fellow guests and neighboring residents.
- Keep the room and common areas clean and orderly.
- Follow all house rules and safety guidelines.
- Use all facilities responsibly.
- Immediately report any maintenance concerns or accidental damage.
Damage & Lost Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, appliances, linens, fixtures, or other property resulting from negligence, misuse, or intentional acts.
Repair, replacement, or cleaning costs may be charged accordingly.
Items left behind after check-out will be kept for a reasonable period whenever possible. While management will make reasonable efforts to assist in returning lost belongings, Vera Cruz Apartelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed personal property.
Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all areas of Vera Cruz Apartelle.
Cleaning or damage fees may apply for violations of this policy.
Pets
Vera Cruz Apartelle maintains a strict no-pets policy. Pets of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Management reserves the right to refuse check-in or terminate a guest’s stay without refund if this policy is violated.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited within the property:
- Illegal drugs or prohibited substances
- Possession of illegal weapons or hazardous materials
- Excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior
- Vandalism or intentional property damage
- Smoking or vaping
- Any unlawful activity
Management reserves the right to immediately terminate a guest’s stay without refund if any of these rules are violated.
Health & Safety
The safety of our guests is our highest priority.
Guests are requested to:
- Follow all posted emergency procedures.
- Observe fire safety regulations.
- Use electrical appliances responsibly.
- Report emergencies or unsafe conditions immediately.
Guests must comply with all applicable local government regulations and public health requirements during their stay.
CCTV Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property, selected common areas are monitored by CCTV.
Cameras are installed only in public and shared spaces and are never placed inside guest rooms or private bathrooms.
Online Booking Terms
Reservations made through our official website are subject to availability and confirmation.
Guests are responsible for reviewing all reservation details, including room type, rates, cancellation policy, occupancy, and guest information before completing the booking.
Confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided during the reservation process.

All content available on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, designs, and other materials, is the property of Vera Cruz Apartelle unless otherwise stated.

Vera Cruz Apartelle shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, interruptions, or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control and without its fault or negligence.

- Typhoons
- Floods
- Earthquakes
- Fires
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Utility interruptions
- Internet outages
- Other force majeure events
Right to Refuse Service
Vera Cruz Apartelle reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a guest’s stay without refund if the guest:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions or House Rules.
- Engages in illegal, abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior.
- Endangers the safety, security, comfort, or well-being of other guests, employees, or property.
- Causes significant damage to the property.
- Refuses to comply with reasonable requests from management necessary to maintain order and safety.
Limitation of Liability
While Vera Cruz Apartelle takes reasonable measures to provide a safe and comfortable environment, we shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, injury, delays, or interruptions beyond our control, except where liability is required under applicable law.
Applicable Philippine Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising from the use of this website, reservations, or services provided by Vera Cruz Apartelle shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
